Harii productizes freelancing by turning skills into scalable services. I designed the platform’s end-to-end experience, from information architecture and visual design to a scalable design system.

As the End-to-End Product Designer for Harii, I was responsible for designing a seamless platform that connects freelancers with businesses. By conducting user research, creating user personas, and mapping customer journeys, I identified key pain points such as complex profile building for freelancers and difficulty in finding reliable talent for businesses. My goal was to simplify these processes by designing clear user flows, intuitive interfaces, and effective information architecture that enabled easy interactions for both freelancers and businesses.


I used Figma and Framer to build interactive prototypes, working closely with developers and AI engineers to ensure smooth implementation. The final product allowed freelancers to showcase their work, create service plans, and share unique profile links, while businesses could search and hire talent effortlessly. As a result of these UX improvements, Harii saw a 45% increase in profile completions and a 30% faster hiring process, significantly improving user engagement and satisfaction.

I focused on building a human-centered design strategy that aligned with the needs of students, teachers, and parents. By combining AI-driven insights with intuitive UI/UX, my goal was to simplify complex learning workflows into seamless experiences across web and mobile. I prioritized fast onboarding, clear navigation, and adaptive interfaces that save time and improve outcomes, ensuring every user could engage meaningfully.

Freelancers often struggle to showcase their work in a professional and structured way, limiting their chances of getting discovered by potential clients. Most existing platforms are cluttered, time-consuming, or fail to highlight freelancers’ unique strengths effectively.


On the other side, businesses face challenges in quickly finding and hiring reliable freelancers. The process is often overwhelming, with too many irrelevant options, inconsistent profiles, and a lack of clarity in pricing and service offerings. This leads to wasted time, higher effort, and uncertainty in decision-making.


Harii set out to solve these challenges by creating a seamless platform that simplifies profile creation for freelancers and makes talent discovery effortless for businesses.

Freelancers face difficulties in presenting their work in a professional and credible manner, often relying on scattered portfolios or generic platforms that fail to highlight their unique skills. This lack of structure reduces their chances of being discovered and trusted by potential clients.


On the other hand, businesses struggle with the time-consuming process of finding reliable freelancers. Existing platforms are cluttered, filled with inconsistent profiles, unclear pricing, and limited ways to evaluate credibility, making the hiring journey confusing and inefficient.


The challenge was to design a platform that eliminates these barriers by enabling freelancers to showcase their work seamlessly while allowing businesses to quickly discover, evaluate, and hire the right talent with confidence.

On the other hand, freelancers face challenges in building credibility. Most platforms provide limited ways to showcase portfolios, structure services, or differentiate pricing. This creates barriers for talented individuals to stand out, leading to missed opportunities.


At the same time, trust remains a major gap, clients seek transparency and assurance before hiring, while freelancers want secure and fair opportunities. These gaps highlight the urgent need for a streamlined platform like Harii, designed to make hiring faster, profiles more credible, and collaborations more transparent.

We focused on understanding the real challenges freelancers and clients face in today’s platforms through in-depth brainstorming sessions and secondary research. Our goal was to map frustrations, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities to simplify the freelancing journey.
